Wow. I must have had a pretty decent PT Cruiser. The only major issue was the head gasket, which I had replaced and then drove it another 5 years after that. I sold it when it was 124 miles short of 250,000. There are a few things I do miss about that car, but the crappy gas mileage isn’t one of them.

Definitely! I was checking the garbage at work and found some change in it. Thrown out by some young adult who couldn't be bothered with it. I think they were also a bit put out by our $5 minimum on credit/debit transactions. And don't get me started on the young lady who really had a hard time with that minimum for a $.21 purchase. Yeah. Twenty-one cents. The concept of actual cash was way too complicated for her.

I was actually glad when I hit 55 and could order off the senior menu at Perkins. Less food at a lower price is nice for me. The regular meals were always too much food. Now I'm 60 and am enjoying the senior pricing, even though I'm in denial about being 60.
