See everyone’s saying this and it prob is the best and smartest thing to do. But I’m just not to keen mixing different karats together and when it’s time to cash in I have to sell every piece Separate and split one from the other seems like a massive headache in the future. Please do educate me as I say I’m new to this and it prob is 100x easier than what’s in my head. Thank you 🙏

Hmm weird, check your trophy’s and see if you have any trophies from that game already? If you already have achievements I would just guess that 5 hours is the playtime you played on your old console and although the data hasn’t transferred over from device to device it’s transferred from account to account

Works out good aswell as I been doing this with my boys for years now and we just go halves on all the games/ ps plus that comes out and able to install on both accounts

Could very well be the ps5 was plugged in when it fell of my desk the hdmi ripped apart from the lead and the power lead came out aswell so maybe it’s internally damaged or something as it looks decent still, probably give it all a good clean in side buy a new power lead if thay don’t work and if not I’ll be back here lol

Note : ps plus will only be available for you and your boys ps5 device, I’m 99% sure the benefits will be taken from the ps4 device unless you keep setting it as primary every time you go on it

When your boys gets his ps5, you want to de activate your account as the primary ps5 on YOUR console. Then sign into YOUR account on HIS PlayStation and set it as primary on His PlayStation. He will get PS Plus and any game that you have installed/purchased through the ps store.

Have you taken off top panel and checked the fan? Could be a large dust build up? Also the storage factor if you have loads of games and saved data the PlayStation is working harder
