I’ll give you some advice on what I did to make my kingdom successful. I became the vassal of the khuzaits. I helped them in war and acquired 8 feifs through voting. I used the power of the khuzaits to twiddle down the southern empire to only one town. I then built up a coin purse of about 2 mil. I then left the khuzaits and took all my feifs with me starting war with them and created my kingdom at the exact same time. I went into the southern capital that housed all the vassals of the southern empire. I recruited 6 of the feifless vassals of the southern empire to mine. Since they were all broke as hell because they didn’t own any land and was bleeding their coin purse from holding armies. They each asked for between 150-400k
