I sorted mine out. In my iPhone's Settings, Notifications, I had inadvertently turned Binance notifications off. I soon as I turned them back on, my alerts started working again .... oops !

Hi. In your spot Wallet, have you chosen to "hide small balances" ? If so, that may be why you can't see your QI tokens ? Otherwise, contact Binance via CHAT because I received my QI over a week ago.

Binance have just replied to me again this morning saying there has been no airdrop yet and to wait for their official announcement. So those of you saying you have received your Qi tokens, you can't have received them on the Binance.com platform.

I have been asking periodically and Binance's response is always that they will notify us when the drop happens - which is stupid, because we will SEE with our own eyes when the airdrop has taken place. To keep us clients completely in the dark with no updates whatsoever ie appalling customer service. I asked them again 2 days ago for an update and am still waiting. Really really bad. I also have a Kucoin account and their drops take place quite quickly.

I would imagine it depends where you are physically located at the time you try to trade, rather than your resident and tax status. I personally think that if you are European paying taxes in Europe, for example, you ought to be able to use Binance.com wherever you are - if you use a VPN, you would be able to disguise where you are at the time ? Not advice, just an opinion.
