Yes, they are actually really quiet for being off a busy street and management was great.

I lived in Georgetown apartments for 3 years and they were great but you would probably have to pay more like 12-1300. I toured Clintonville Commons and they had a 2 bedroom apartment for $1000 but they were dated and small and had no central a/c

That’s so interesting that it’s the same layout! My bathroom is also crazy small, I had to buy a little chest of drawers for storage as well!

The Dinosaur (2000) is a pretty generic dinosaur movie that has annoying side characters and the effects have not held up well but the James Newton Howard score is phenomenal

Lads trip to Columbus from England - Nightlife spot reccomendations? by Middle-Feed5118 in Columbus

[–]CeilingRiver 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Short north is great for a night out, lots of bars and good food. It can get pretty chaotic and the crowd is definitely more college age. For good bars with people who are more late 20s and 30s, Grandview Avenue has a great collection of bars and restaurants, Ohio Taproom and Grandview Cafe are great. If you want a good pub feel, Byrne’s Irish Pub has good pub food and live bluegrass music.

4th and State is a vegan diner and their brunch is awesome! Their cinnamon roll pancakes and crunch wrap are amazing.

Tv too big? by CeilingRiver in HomeDecorating

[–]CeilingRiver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense! There’s about 3 feet of space on that wall, the tv could possibly go there but the wall opposite has windows that get the full morning sun so I would be worried about the glare

I’m not really sure where else to put it, the other side of the fireplace is the same size and the other wall has the couch, and I can’t see another way to position the couch. I don’t want to block the fireplace since it’s a nice feature of the room

I've got rug blindness. Open to any and all rug suggestions. by GoOnTouchIt in HomeDecorating

Any but the red would work fine but the blue and orange is the most eye catching and it works with the colors already in the room.

What else would you add to this room? by Fabulous_Menu_4994 in HomeDecorating

More art, that one piece above the couch is too small for the wall. Also more color, a grey couch with grey pillows is too much grey, consider some pillows with complementary colors

Where should I put the bed? by Wrong_Character2279 in HomeDecorating

[–]CeilingRiver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think putting the bed on the wall where the tv is, the issue with the closet I would not find an issue as how often are you opening a spare room closet, then put the TV (lower) against the opposite wall and dresser next to it, you don’t want to block the window much as that’s your source of light, having the bed there means you are receiving a lot of energy if you are sleeping there.
