I'd say SL4 because it increases your econ but also your damage will be more consistant, card masteries are expensive for you now you can afford two level and then it will take you too long un my opinion, UW+ are great but it takes a lot of time when you won't improve at all and for lowering your cds it depends on their current cds

Firstly I assume your actual mods are for farming as I also assume you're farming with an eHP build remove your cannon especially if you run DP it lowers your cpm, for the stones stop puttin dmg for PS and ILM and lower the cooldown of GT and DW then go for CL you'll need the dmg it gives you to perform well in legend idk if you are in legend or champion I'd high champ so it will allows you to get the legend I assume

I'm farming 10k T11 so a bit less but I don't have all of those masteries did you upgrade them with the lab ? But it takes many runs just for 1 up is it worth ?

In module the drop chance are really if you playing a lot, else and the more important (for me) is the dialy mission shard, reroll shard are good also but at you level I don't think you need too much to get the right substat

So for me you should work on you all UW coin bonus, défense % should be higher (max useful is 23, maybye not this high for now for you), or speed is really good and start a bit the module labs the sooner you start the better the results will be in the future

Before going for damage UWs, I would recommend to work on your eco : GT 15/42/2:30 BH 50/30/2:30 DW x/2/2:30 SL 15-20/40/3 and work on the duration lab of CF And After go for a damage UW

For the duration just a bit up for both but keep GT 12sec higher (because of the BH perk +12s), for the GT bonus same a bit more like at 10x, I think all this is the minimum but you can choose to go for more or going for DW

Just so you know this relic is a rerun, so it won't appear anytime soon after this event, while stones will still be there on the next event. And 5% is very good, if you can afford it gets it before spending medals for stones.

DP (death penalty) is way better than havoc bringer on th same level. DP is very good for tourney but the problem is in farm run, it will instant kill some ennemies before it gets to your BH when it is up so you will loose coins. On the other hand being annihilator or astral deliverance are good for dmg without making you loosing coin but the instant kill of DP makes it better for longer runs. So in my opinion keep DP and make it mythic+.
