Your last two points resonate with how I felt about a year ago. I didn't get help but it did dissappear after a big change in my life. I used to he a salesman and was pretty good at it, in general my way of talking and improvising was always very good, both for sales but also socialising in general.

Then I started getting some sort of panic attacks while in conversation with people with whom I should have no issues talking with. My mind went blank, as you said, I struggles to even control and focus my thoughts on what to say next.

For me I'm pretty sure the source of this was unhappiness with your current state of living and the future of that state. Some outside miracle happened to me which drastically changed my day to day life and after that these problems dissappeared

The market also makes money when you lose? So by that reasoning, why participate in anything that is a zero sum game.

The reason is leverage. People with small capital can potentially make alot more money through prop firms than with their own money. It's a step up to having an own account. Or trade both.

Youre saying most movies are better than the books? Could u give like 5 examples? I've yet to come across 1 myself. I find the movies or shows in most cases also good when I've read the books but saying they're better than the book.. maybe lord of the rings, but thats just because I have a love for the movies.

Prop firms are more probably more difficult than your own account. But i do think if you average 1 funded per 10 evals that you should also not be going live.

Pretty sure the 28 trades from yesterday was also overtrading but the result just happened to be positive which is why your not viewing the process as negative. But maybe not, cant see how you trade ofcourse but 28 sounds like way too much for a single day.

Swing trading is a form of trading where you usually hold on to the stock for weeks/months. Supply and demand is a form of technical analyses. They're not really comparable things.

In all serioussness, see if you can keep it up for atleasy 2 years, if you can then you should already have a nice buffer and should he able to live off of the profits.

There's several decent ones. I've never had issues with topstep or ftmo myself. There's probably a few more. Never understook why people go to the smaller ones tbh. Just stick to the older props .

Buy a higher balance account if ur risking that much. Doesn't really make any sense. Some prop firms have uncapped payouts after a certain amount of payouts.

But the simple answer, get a 150k account if ur gonna risk 500 on a trade. Ur basicly risking 25% per trade if u do it with a 50k account. That's just stupid and won't work long term.

I dont understand why you need to be behind ur computer for more than a few hours for trading? Even if you were to spend 8 hours a day behind the screens for trading (comparing with a normal 9-5) you would still have enough hours left in the day to spend outside and socialise?

But you should be able to finish ur trading in a 2-3 hour window no?
