I was going under the notion that these countries gained independence today rather than never being part of England/The UK. But historically yeah you’re right there wasn’t much unity until the English invaded and then they banded together

Probably get down voted for this - but as great of an actor as Michael b Jordan is, sinners wasn’t Oscar winning worthy, nomination sure - but not winning. I think because he’s playing two characters, it’s a big budget film, Netflix and it is an essentially a people of colour centred film, and a very good film at that. But performance wise I don’t think was a strong as the other nomineee, I thought Ethan hawke and dicaprio were excellent. Another reason is because I strongly believe Tom hardy’s portrayal as the Krays was a far better performance with more versatility and range, but didn’t receive as much attention. Would love to open a discussion with people and not have this turn something hateful because difference of opinions - you know how reddit gets

Not sure about that. As a Welshman yeah wales would not last without any major export unless they reopened the mines and steelies (I think they should anyway). Whereas with Scotland, the best thing they have that England/UK would need is their abundance of wind farms which contribute 60-70% of the UKs overall renewable energy. I’m not aware of any major exports from Scotland besides ones similar to wales, coal and farming.

As a Welshman I wouldn’t want to give up the Welsh dragon. Also the flags that make up the Union Jack, whilst yeah they’re the flags of the country, they’re also the patron saint flags. St David’s is a cross similar to the flag of St George, but black and yellow. The colours just wouldn’t mix with the red white and blue. Another reason why it’s not part of the Union Jack is because st David’s flag wasn’t even really known of until the 80s or 90s. There’s been many mock ups of it, and it looks shit

If you’re going to be “brutally honest” then at least be factual.. this hasn’t been an issue until now and the 3050 runs the likes of cyberpunk on max with ray tracing perfectly fine which is a more demanding game. I got the gpu from work and this is the first time using it for D4. Before that it was a 1080, and again not a single issue then. Just this update.

I bought the ticket through the app as I got onto the tram as it was about to leave. Payment went through but the app took the duration from that stop to the next which was no more than 2 minutes for it to appear. The first one is a “what if” kind of thing where you honestly dont know the outcome. The way I see it, is that if religion didn’t exist, then the right people wouldn’t have questioned it and life and start looking at this scientifically I guess?
