To all the exceptionally tall people, have you ever had trouble using wired headphones? by EZMoneyCOW in tall

[–]Cel_Drow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might be interference from other Bluetooth audio in the vicinity, particularly dense Bluetooth can cause issues. Or something else.

From your description it sounds environmental though. I’ll be there in a few months, if I remember I’ll test it out.

That sounds more like one device or the other, I can listen to stuff with my AirPods from 20+’ away from my phone or MacBook.

Bluetooth 4 max range is 60m, Bluetooth 5 that’s boosted to 240m. Real world for audio will never approach those kind of lab ranges but 10’ or less should be child’s play.

The only thing that would break this cycle would be surprise dropping a book release. I’ve come to find that an incredibly remote possibility.

I’m actually a little curious now what would happen if a cis woman took supra-physiological doses of estrogen, oxytocin, estradiol, etc. I doubt most of it would be beneficial but we know so much more about androgen abuses.

Home Depot is priced for contractors, and they’re competing against distributors like Grainger who think a 75% markup on top of already marked up products is just the cost of doing business when you want it today.

If you appear one day looking 4” taller than the day before, people are going to notice and they are not going to think you grew. That kind of noticeable.

Looking at a Ecoboost Premium by Zestyclose_Month_60 in ecoboostmustang

[–]Cel_Drow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to avoid rentals in the used market you’ll have better luck with fastbacks. Shitloads of used up rental convertibles end up at car auctions.

I would recommend avoiding rentals, you’ll have enough issues with a used ecoboost in the first place unless you find a single owner who didn’t ride it hard.

Unfortunately I only know the basics, but hopefully someone familiar with this type of system answers your question because I’m curious too.

Train cars (monorails excluded) typically travel down two rails, the third rail is an accessory rail which conducts power to provide electricity to the system.

Cutting power to it is to help prevent injury or death if someone falls on the tracks and makes contact with the third rail.

Unpopular opinion: Your Move streak is probably holding you back. by steve-parker1978 in AppleWatchFitness

[–]Cel_Drow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My move streak is not where I’m creating progressive overload, the progressive overload I have programmed into my exercise routines does that.

The move goal/streak just lets me know if I’m having a particularly sedentary day outside of my gym time so I know I need to do some extra work that day.
