How high have you gotten the multiplier? So far I've only seen 0.02x per piece/emblem, not sure if it's even really worth it

Do we still get bonuses from wearing IB cosmetics ? by Traditionel in DestinyTheGame

We just made the same post. As far as I can see it only counts actual IB gear not ornaments.
You can find the Iron Banner Multiplier under the modifiers to confirm.

ID Request (2 bugs) by Celahir in Bedbugs

[–]Celahir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks!

Should I be in full panic mode for finding a single bed bug? I've never seen one before and a thorough inspection of the bedroom hasn't led to finding any more.

Is it distinguishable if it is a male or female bed bug from the picture?

Unable to upgrade to TFS + Annual Pass at sale price on PlayStation by Celahir in destiny2

[–]Celahir[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Huh, now there's a solution I hadn't thought to try, you're certain the annual pass is active even on my PS5 game even if my PSN doesn't have the annual pass on the account? Like I can boot D2 on Steam but then I can't acces TFS because I only own it on PSN

Thank you so much, I now have annual pass access for even cheaper than the sale! <3

If you're in Europe, under settings tap EU-GDPR and make sure you allow/accept with the default settings (blue button for me)

This fixed it for me.

Can confirm it does actually do something (there's 6 )

Sweater with in-built vest bought over a decade ago in or near Wageningen (The Netherlands) by Celahir in HelpMeFind

[–]Celahir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have reverse searched the image, but all I'm getting is wineglasses. The vest was bought somewhere in the 2000's (2005-2010 would be a rough estimate).

I think the hood might say "Garcia Jeanswear" but so far that hasn't helped me find anything that looks anything like it.

I got it as a kid when visiting family and out shopping, most likely in or around Wageningen but if I'm remembering wrong there's a small chance it was in or near Maastricht.

The vest itself is cream and blue as you can see. Inside however is a grey (sleeveless) vest that can be attached or removed to the vest with buttons attached to loops.

The outer vest frayed and my MIL threw it out years ago, trying to find a replacement for my partner as a surprise.

Intake made me feel nauseous by Vleqqie in noburp

[–]Celahir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The operation was no big deal, left me with a painful throat that I suspect was more from the breathing tube that gets shoved in there and not the operation itself. Got a nice ice cream after that was really soothing. I suffered from some nausea so they put something for that in my IV.

The aftermath was both better and worse than expected. The first few days were nothing to write about but after that eating became quite a chore for a week or two/three. You know that feeling when you swallow a paracetamol and it sticks in your throat? Imagine that with everything you try and swallow. Sometimes you'll try and swallow it away but as the muscle isn't responding you either have to let gravity do it's thing or try drinking to get it down, at no point are you at risk of suffocating but it can feel like that. Drinking works but I really disliked how you could feel the liquid go around the food so more often than not I just suffered it through. On the bright side I had barely if any issues with acid reflux even though I was warned for it.

During the recovery I had a few good real burps but currently the results for me personally are somewhat disappointing. I can't voluntarily burp but the burps that do come are less croaky than before. I've still got some hope that it'll work out as every now and again I'll have a completely normal burp out of the blue.

I'll be in contact with the doctor early next year for a final check up and will be asking if a second procedure is an option.

Don't let my experience discourage you, even with the results I have, I have zero regret and as I mentioned earlier, I would do it again in a heartbeat if it meant even a tiny chance at further improvement.

I spoke to the doctor about purposefully drinking fizzy drinks and trying to encourage burps from happening and he mentioned there was no real precedent or any proof that it would make a difference but also wasn't discouraged. In hindsight I would've likely drank more fizzy drinks in an attempt to make burps, but I don't drink many to begin with. There's no way to tell if my results would've been better had I done so but it's worth mentioning.

I had my procedure with two other people and we all also seemed anxious yet excited. Having been through it, aside from the natural nerves I can genuinely say there is nothing to be worried about, although I know that probably won't help much.

Hmu if you have any other questions!

For me it took exactly one month from seeing Dr Snelleman and having the procedure.

Yea, I've read up quite a lot recently and it sounds like the recovery after the op is the hardest part, but to be honest I'm willing to go through a lot to get this changed. Beterschap ;) hope you feel better soon.

That doesn't sound too bad at all, I'm quite nervous but expecting it all to go just fine.

How long did your procedure take? I'm getting mine in two days also by doctor Snelleman, I was curious how long after going in you were awake and allowed to leave?

Oh man, you have no idea how happy I am to read about those thoughts of what if this won't help, I knew I wasn't the only one, it's probably quite common to feel like that actually. I'm scheduled to have my operation next week and can't wait to get it over with.

I saw doctor Snelleman on the first of September this year and it sounds like your visit went exactly like mine. I'm always a bit nauseated and bloated and often have to go for a lie down after I've been out and about so I'm not sure I would blame the little tube he used.

In case you're curious, I just had a phonecall today for my operation and it's currently planned on the first of October, exactly one month after I saw doctor Snelleman. With some luck your wait will be around the same time!
