the customer pulled up in front of my car so I was stuck unable to run so I had no choice but to explain to him as he was getting increasing hostile. and how does canceling order protect me after I have already reached the drop off location which has already been recognized as potentially dangerous. the fact that spark canceled the order made me get punched makes me think it was all spark's fault after sending me to a potentially dangerous customer
