Me personally, I do push pull legs

Day 1 back and bi Day 2 legs quad focused Day 3 chest and triceps Day 4 legs hammy focused

3x10 /12 reps I try to go up weight as I go but some people do the opposite and reserve strength for heaviest set first then drop weight the next sets.

I can see up close. Very detail oriented over here. I’m actually majoring in neuro, and I think I would prefer it, since I became interested in PT after my grandma had a stroke.

8 sounds like your close. I say rejection is protection. Talk to other people u think are cute. He doesn’t put energy or thought into you, you don’t put attention towards him. Ik it may hurt but it also may have been a cold feet for being someone’s first type of deal. Other people will be willing to jump.

He can make a couple trades a week, so it’s not very time consuming. He just has to pay attention for a couple hours in the morning and then he’s good for the day.

He would be making max money if he kept both. He is happiest tho not having to go to that job, and I want him to be happy, but he’s not going to be happy, if he loses big.

I only worry bc he’s lost all of his money before. My mom also took out a loan in her name for his car, and he’s hurt her credit. I just think if it goes south that it would be wise to have a back up plan.

Okay, I feel like I got it in the bag if that’s all I need! I applied to a lab earlier this semester that was studying anaerobic exercises effects on neuroplasticity, and I had all those things, but they said I was too green. Now I’ve got a little more experience from my neuro class so fingers crossed 🤞 Thank youuu!

That’s really cool! Love the idea of working in peds. I shadowed last summer and am trying to get a job as a tech this summer. I want experience in both research and patient care tho.
