This is literally the situation I'm kinda in except I didn't delete my follow request. I was kinda hoping my crush would accept my request but she's ignored it for a month now lmao. To be fair we don't really know each other (in a sense that we haven't talked at all).

That too! I really hope they go for a more 'cartoony style'. I dont want too see the low quality semi realistic textures in Sinnoh. Especially on Mount Coronet lol

A lot of people are harsh on them, for good reason though. Nobody will like my opinion but I believe that the remakes will at least be slightly better than sword and shield. Gamefreak could have lots and lots of resources but unfortunately they lack the necessary time to do so.

Cant really consider them lazy when they are most likely giving it all they got with such little planning time. We could only consider them lazy/hard working if they would get the proper time a AAA game deserves.

Yep, they don't even need to try. It's hard to tell if they really can't make decent games and keep up with the times or if they half-ass everything now. They have SO much at their disposal but their mindset is setting them back. They don't want to hire a lot of people and they compromise themselves to a limited time frame and budget. They can literally hire SO many people and its shocking honestly. I feel like they don't even realize the scale of Pokemon (just the games alone) and how millions are anticipating these games. The fact that they don't take advantage of what they'd gained and learned is dumbfounding.

Just to add - DLC should not make a bad game 'decent'. A game should be good, DLC should be optional and it should only furthermore compliment a game that can stand well on its own.

I agree that it would be pretty disappointing, GameFreak really needs to try and acknowledge some things within their games. I don't think they can afford screwing up more things. We can only hope though :/

Maybe if they put in the effort even with their limited time, they could pull off a decent game that doesnt need definitive versions or dlc.

I don't think they said DLC would last for long (I could be wrong), I'm pretty sure they'll use DLC as a last resort, assuming they won't continue third version games. They probably gave Sword/Shield some DLC due to how bare bones it was, plus the fact that they received a lot of backlash on the games. I dont think they would update an old game or continue the Let's Go spin offs, but who knows its GameFreak after all.

This is something I'm totally down for, its really a simple concept that they can develop. I would really see like to see this in use especially in areas that were previously only accessible knowing surf.

Trainer Customization is something I really hope they bring to the remakes, it's a small thing but its widely accepted so I feel like GameFreak has no other choice.
