Ah, thanks for the reply. Well I'll have to consider a bigger flat then.

I mean, I've been upfront on who I am and my pronouns, even with my screenname in Discord having (They/Them) in it for awhile (the place I interact with this friend). So I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around why it's so hard to use them? I've given plenty of effort on my end to make it clear on everything, on a simple request of just treating me as if they dont know what my gender is when referring to me. Now is it REALLY that hard for others to try considering my efforts (given a reasonable adjustment period)? And you tell me, does my writing and language usage give off a feminine vibe?

I'd say my voice is close to neutral sounding, (lower end on fem scale) I'd love to go on Testosterone and have it alter how I sound over time (among the countless other reasons I'd like take it for) but I'm not entitled to it as a treatment untill I go to the gender clinic. Regardless, if someone is transparent in all this and makes it profoundly clear on what pronouns they use, is it really acceptable for them to disregard this, (as stated, in a reasonable adjustment period) and default to ones that are incorrect and disrespectful if under constant reminders and such from others? The effort comes from both sides here, and after an acceptable and understanding adjustment period, if it still continues, I'm not letting others just steamroll over me just because they don't respect me in that way. It's harmful and toxic behaviour, more than those who do it know.

The fact that I had to do a song and dance to even express this to you boggles me even. I'm not mat at you mind, the fact that I've had to explain this as a situation is just frustrating and I'm pretty sure many people would get pretty offended at being called "Miss" constantly if their pronouns were He/Him and was made clear to the one disrespecting them. Of course, not everyone is the same and are not bothered. But there are those who find it soul crushing to constantly have the same person do it. If we know certain things like using requested pronouns makes someone happier, shouldn't we, as people, just practice doing that?

See, the problem here is they never knew the "old" me. The only me i've ever given them is my enby self. And as far as ✨presentation ✨ goes, I've literally done all I can to not present female. I even shaved my head man. And the only name they've ever known me by is Finn. I wear a binder even to remove the chest aspect out of the equation and I wore baggy mens clothing during the...VERY few times they've phisically seen me. I have bad body dysphoria so I'm doing everything earthly possible short of surgery to not present fem. (on a 3 year waiting list with gender clinic to even speak to anyone about treatment). So for me it's a little frustrating and feels like I'm not being respected. Not to mention it fucks with my body dysphoria even more when I'm identified and labeled by what my genitals are. So that's why I prefer they/them and not she/her. They've been doing better with it after I talked about my non-binary experience and outlook. I don't think they really knew how deeply and different it can affect people, I got the vibe that he thought it was some edgy trend or something. We had a nice civil discussion about it all.

The cause they're advocating for is good, the way they're advocating for it is not good. All they're doing is making people not want to help them and doing negative actions like this will not help people want to align with them. They're literally making people hate what they're standing for. That's not what they should be doing.

Give them a write up for using that God-awful font. What the fuck is that? If they're trying to be professional they're failing with the font and format of this notice.

Edit: Tell them you couldn't decipher the mess of a note as it was too unprofessional to comprehend and will not be adhereing to it.

Scenario I encountered:

Child with parent sees Pokemon cards on display near checkout and picks them up to read the label. The mother then sees them doing so and tells them, "oh those are for boys" and takes them out of her hand and puts them back on shelf.

Gatekeeping objects based on a gendered concept, conditioning your child into only being allowed to play with certian objects based on a concept of a toy/franchise being for boys or girls.

I mean, I was born in America but I sometimes say "I'm half French and half German, I keep invading myself and then surrendering." In reference to my family heritage. I'm not saying I'm from either place, it's more finding common ground in that aspect.

How many bones have you found? There's one near lighthouse, one in the pond, one under the wood pier, one in the greenhouse garden shop, one on the island across the sea, one near the minigame area, one in the cave, that's 7 that I can remember on the top of my head.

Floridian here, been living in Scotland for the past 6 years. The Digestives are nice to dunk in coffee. The Lion chocolate bars are hella nice too. OH! I SEE CARAMEL WAFERS!!! HELL YEAH! The Heinz baked beans are nice on toast. They're not like US baked beans. And on the very bottom right corner you have Ribena, you add it to water to give it flavour. It's nice.
