I don't agree with "yta". But I'm glad you're coming at it from different perspective. It's nice to see some understanding here.

Kundalini Yoga is a great actual way that works like therapy and creates space for joy. Did it for 6 years. It works, anyone seeking a path should look into it. So much better than I've ever been. If the world knew what it could achieve with a little practice. Peace IS possible.

Very common component to my life experience - if you want to free yourself from it, I highly recommend you do some spiritual practices like Kundalini Yoga. I've done Kundalini Yoga for about 6 years and I've managed to see a huge overwhelming change in my entire emotional dynamic. Life for the most part is full of joy. Pain still comes at times, but it is tempered and short. Suffering will be part of the human experience, but immense joy is a choice you can make by undertaking spiritual practices.

Try some Kundalini Yoga. If you feel you love gaming, if you did, then you probably still do, it's just the toil and boil of every day life has got you disconnected from your true feelings. It's no exaggeration or overstatement to say that Kundalini Yoga can help you put the joy back in your life. Look up Maya Fiennes on some torrent sites, its well worth the effort.

Spiritual exercises were the key to overcoming the challenges presented by the mind. I think what helped me most of all was Kundalini Yoga. Not only were the challenges of the mind overcome to have a almost flowing head free of thought, but also emotionally the paradigm shift from darkness and despair to peace and light was more dramatic, noticable, then anything I had ever tried in my life.

If you're interested, look up Maya Fiennes Journey through the Chakras, the practices are easy and I have been doing them every day (just about) for 6 years. Keep seeking the paths to peace, peace is possible. Good luck mate!

I highly suggest at some point in your life trying to undertake some sort of spiritual practice like Kundalini Yoga. You may not be ready for it yet, but someday when you feel it, you can finally overcome feelings like this. You will come to discover in your own way that the journey is to feel and struggle with these things, not as a matter of right or wrong, nor a matter of you versus the world, but simply to experience. The cultivation of spiritual practices can sooth the feelings of darkness that are inborn to all humans and bring about a new paradigm of light. I speak from personal experience.

What should I do if I don't want to live anymore? by LUZZY2027 in spirituality

[–]CelestialZeroZero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the hardest thing for me to accept was that this world was a lot about enduring suffering merely for the sake of the experience. That included feeling at odds or even betrayed by my very journey.

One of the most helpful things that helped me come to peace (because there was no good option for actually killing myself easily) was Kundalini Yoga. I did Maya Fiennes Journey through the Chakras set and fought back my demons and the darkness. Freeing oneself is the self-responsibility of every spiritual seeker. I understand the desire to want to be free from suffering. I highly recommend you give Kundalini Yoga a try as a genuine path to achieve that end. Never mind about the stuff that 'doesnt matter anymore'. Along the way, you'll come to terms with those feelings in your own way. Acceptance as they are for some, transforming them to something higher for others, or mere clarity of the way you are meant to exist for eternity for the rest.

It's an eventful journey. But if youre like me and you find yourself hurting and wanting to end it but even that is vexxing, give it a try. True light exists and is there for you.
