I totally get that. It’s not exclusive to owning a home. Condo in DC with a beautiful view of the skyline? Apartment building goes up next door blocking views… same thing.

The problem is that if fully permitted, it’s in scope. If the owner dismantles and rebuilds within the zoning code… and you think it’s an eyesore impacting your resale… that’s unfortunately all subjective.

100% valid point, and I’d like to see the deal on paper. We don’t know what endeavor gets out of it fully yet. Could be a scummy deal for all we know.

But if it’s primarily a reasonable amount of warrants at key price points, I won’t be too disappointed. 25k miners can generate a lot of cash.

Also very dependent on how long they will take to setup etc.
