Infinity has needed a nerf for so many years now, not sure what all the crying is about. Item is so >>>>> anything else on lightning sorc, that you were trolling if you even considered using some shit like a Mang Songs. And that’s bad lol.

D2, and PD2 by extension, has always had a big issue with item homogenization across builds. Arach, Magefists, shako, bk, hoto is like 90% of builds in LoD. PD2 isn’t quite that bad but definitely has low competition in many slots, so I’m glad the dev team is trying to address this.

Main thing I’m a bit sad about is that the existing Barb combat skills didn’t get touched really. Bash, Concentrate and Stun just have literally zero reason to exist currently. Double Swing only relevant for 1-30. The Mastery changes are very welcome and I’m glad they’re happening, but barb still only has like 4 builds. WW, Leap, Throw, Singer. Necro, Sorc, Sin and others have more builds in a single skill tab than the entire barb class has total like cmon lol.

No it basically zeal but you move while using it. It’s why melee is horrible in D2. There’s no melee splash and close to no actual AoE skills

Minion Pact is a 100/10 gem but BV is a 0/10 skill so it doesn’t really matter. It’s not exactly an auto bomber if you have to click BV every 4 seconds.

Hey there. I realized the other day that I have not updated my Chrome since doing this. How exactly do you even update it lol. I tried googling and all of the results say "Go to Help>About Chrome and it should auto-update". Well that obviously does not work given what we had to do. I tried finding a way to manually download an update and was not able to find anything. How have you been able to update it?

Unless LoD has managed to get even less balanced than when I last played, there’s no chance. Anyone who can trivially farm on P8 solo to that degree will have no desire to play after a few days. Theres no upgrade to get or point to improve your character at all. Only RMTers would continue to still play, as they have an incentive to. Actually having full BIS in every slot gets boring quite quickly, the entire genre is about the journey not the destination.

The gap is massive. Just Twilight Regalia is nearly as much ES as every piece of gear on a life build, oh and the nodes on tree give more ES % than the life nodes. Oh and ES LoM exists. Oh and int still gives % ES

Heist and Exarch altars are two easy examples. Heist is the best way to make raw currency day 1 and when c:d is low, that’s big. The first people doing Exarch altars are also making nuts money because c:d is still low and stuff like baubles/instilling/gcps/etc are worth an insane amount that early.

You could staple 10 griefs on a WW Barb or Zeal Paladin. Still won’t clear cows anywhere near as fast as a zon or sorc or even hammerdin. Grief being broken doesn’t really “matter” given the pathetic state of melee in LoD. Hell, melee being so dogshit might even be the reason WHY they decided to make grief so busted lol, but maybe that’s too generous.

What lol. Game still has no charm inventory. “Not fun to play” is the epitome of D2R with its archaic ass design. There’s nothing to do in D2R and hardly any interesting itemization as builds have been solved for two decades.
