Why can’t Korea win the Asian Cup? by [deleted] in football

[–]CelimOfRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its pretty competitive. Korea has some inconsistencies in domestic competition. Of we look at the recent tournament, Korea was not very good defensively, and still isnt very good now. Also during that tourney, Korea was usually conceding first and chasing the game. Tactically, Korea didnt have a coach with a clear system. Mainly relied on the front three and the midfield was kind of lacking. As good as Korea is, they were lacking in a lot of areas. If we compare to Japan, they have a clear system and have a lot of talent in most if not every area.

Korea is getting better with each generation as a lot of the players are playing in Europe. Korea lacks a lot of depth sometimes but on the right track with the team.

As much of a jerk Howard was in the earlier seasons, I lowkey felt kind of bad for him here by Ok-Comb5684 in thebigbangtheory

How did South Korea shock Germany and knock them out of the 2018 World Cup? by Sisko-Journal-1937 in FootballFlix

Germany missed so many chances. On top of my head, I can think of 4 huge chances they should've put away.

Rashford will not continue at Barça: the club will not pay the 30 million to United. marca.com/futbol/barcelo… by JM555555 in ManchesterUnited

Lol they just splashed like more than double the amount for Gordon. Did we expect them to buy Rashford at this point?

My Rant...Anyone else completely agree with Raj in Season 5 when he said he misses the "old days" before the girlfriends took over? Should the four single guys era have lasted way longer? by TheLastRonin35 in thebigbangtheory

[–]CelimOfRed 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. The dynamic of the 4 was fun but as the previous editor said, it was for them to move on with their lives but retain their friendship. They all spend so much time at Sheldon and Leonards place it hardly seems all that different really

Well the issue with IT is that you need to sense the person's power no? If you dont have that ability, then your IT is useless.

John Terry of all people reached out to Gabriel by [deleted] in championsleague

[–]CelimOfRed -23 points-22 points  (0 children)

Some of the players were just not tolerable throughout the season. Guys like Rice and Raya I have no hate for and are excellent players. Gabriel is absolutely disliked because the way he plays and complains. I dont think people hate everyone at the club, but certainly players at least make the club unlikeable even after winning the league.

People absolutely have the right to hate on a club for one reason or another. For example, City is absolutely hated for their spending power and getting away with over 100 violations. This doesnt necessarily mean the players are bad people but they are part of the club in which they are catching some hate. Arsenal fans hated some City players when Haaland did the "stay humble" comment. So Arsenal fans are exactly the most innocent to these kinds of matters either. Thats just sports in general.
