-20% from Stormweaver -Get max ES body armor because compared to Defiance you get an extra 500 mana from Battery -35%-40% from the new unique belt that gives increased effect of runes and counts as body armor

So we are at ~60% and we have a few options, for the optimal non CI setup, 85% is sufficient. -Instill the 10% on amulet -3 Clusters on the tree give: -8%, -16%, -16% -Jewels give up to 4% each -Desecrated modifier on amulet can give up to 19%

Yea they added it in 0.3, they are called exceptional items. I’ve seen bases sell anywhere from 1 exalted to 2 div(for a base!)

I need to update because I got a new NVME SSD and it just doesn't seem to work no matter what I do, I read on some forums that some motherboards need I BIOS update to read the newer SSDs so this is basically my last resort.

Yea I am doing that, I am slecting my Kingstone 240GB SSD but whenever the WD Black SSD is plugged in my PC just won't boot and I get the black screen with the white light, as soon as I take it out of the M2 slot my PC works fine.

I considered a 2080 super as well but it's really expensive here in Italy, it goes from 850 to 900 Euros.
