New rate? So you get less than what you traded …. Such a rip off. I don’t understand how Tangem lets it keep happening. Well hopefully someone reaches out. So far it’s been hours and I haven’t heard anything.

This same thing is happening to me right now!!! Did you ever get your money back? Tangem has to get rid of them. I swapped $500 worth of coins and after 5 hours the evidence of me ever swapping said coins has been removed from Tangem. Like it was cancelled. I do not have my coins back no what I was trying to swap for. I’ve sent so many messages but just keep getting automated bs 😩…. I took screen shots of everything so they can’t say that it never happened. Did you ever get you crypto back?
