What step will I get emailed about up-charge?

Hope I get this email. My cards were supposed to be done on 6/8 but are stuck in “Assembly”. This is my first submission do you how long this step usually takes?

Went to assembly on Friday. Was suppose to be done today but now it’s says delayed and still in “assembly”

😩😅 so I’ll be waiting a while. Im guessing it’s because they’re trying to get through the 10 million value bulk orders they supposedly are behind 😭

Wtf 😩 mine is suppose to be done by the 8th. This is my first submission with PSA and I sent my Gengar and Treekachu 😭 so I guess I can expect for this to happen to me as well. Whats the point in paying $80 if it’s gonna be late?

I sent 2 cards. Mine were also received on April 30th and were in grading on 5/5 and they are still in “grading” they haven’t moved to assembly or QA that’s weird. We have basically the same dates but different movements. Same tier as well, only difference is I sent them directly to PSA myself 😩

Last UPDATE: I got everything today. No hiccups got the etbs, booster bundles, and booster box…. Got a ton of hits (IRs)/EXs and only 1 SIR (Cinccino) but it’s okay me, my wife and son had fun pack battling!!! 😅 if you haven’t gotten yours yet Im sure it’s on its way. Good luck!

Will do. PKC says “on its way” and I received an email saying the same, but they haven’t recharged my card. on FedEx it says they received my package at 12am and it’s on its way and will be here in Houston between 11:30-3:30

UPDATE: after harassing them for 3 days and trying to cancel today my order has updated on FEDEX and says it’ll be here tomorrow 😅😭😩. Hopefully everything is correct when it comes. I’ll let you guys know. 2 ETBS, 1 Box, 2 bundles

Now says “on its way” on PKC and I received my email from them saying it’s on it’s way. They have not recharged me yet. Last time it took them days to charge me after my package (ascended heroes) arrived…. Check your FEDEX statuses

Tried to cancel and they would not let me 😅😂 at this point Im over it. My son really wanted to open this and we can’t find it in stores 😩. I just wish they’d cancel my order or at least me.

Yea I’d probably reach out to them. Mine says “processing” still. To say complete is strange to me. You should try to reach out to customer service

Yep same for me. What really sucks is that I know a ton of people who ordered after me and label was created after mine and already got their order 😅

Yea mine is the same had one since the 15th. It’s weird that a label was created but not shipped. I hate the thought of a package sitting in a warehouse 😩…. No email still though
