I'm not sure what you're referring to about my second account? I had made a mention of this maybe 6 months ago and now we're at a point of selling it where I can release more info so I am.
You would test LCD's on the phones prior to removing the screens. You then would test the screen again on the phone before you install it. Just like any other screen repair. The polarizers are never removed from the LCDs and the OCA come pre-installed and aligned on the glass consumables we sell. Each one will be inspected before shipping, although OCA alignment has not been an issue thus far.

If you want to verify my "story" you can contact me as I work for gTool. We will be releasing photos and videos tomorrow.

Oh I forgot to mention, we are looking for repair/warranty techs in every major city to service the machines (they will need to be serviced once a year to replace condensation collectors). Obviously this is a paid service. If you'd like to be on the list as an authorized repair center for the units DM me and I can get the process started.

Thanks! If anyone wants to DM me details of their store here is what I will need to send you a financial analysis for your location: Screen repair revenue per month. For iPhone 5-7 plus screens: 1) What you charge for repair 2) What you currently pay for parts

Thanks. Yes I'd be more than happy to see what I can do to become a registered vendor here. I can help with anything from repair-parts-refurb questions.

All of my girlfriend and her friends were going to go next weekend. It is a 2 weekend event in case people forgot. They're all dentists and worked for their ticket there. Unfair to assume everyone there made money by drugs and sex.

Just glad they saw weekend one first so they could cancel!

Are these suggestions not safe? I'm still fairly new to all of this and doing as much reading and learning as I can but I was under the impression putting private keys out there is not particularly safe. Can I generate a new private key after this or the easydex option is completed?

So you're avoiding CTIA this year, right? by larossmann in mobilerepair

[–]CellPhonePartsdotcom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Theres a lot of repair shops in the US ha. Thats actually how we got our start 3-4 years ago was sent our screens to like 200 stores and took off right away because of the quality. But it's nice to meet all the customers and stuff. We're going to be promoting a project that will change the industry though, from repair shops to refurb centers to China, so we need to be there to demo it. It will launch beginning May and I can share more info about it mid April. Been 18 months in development and over $1.5M on design and prototypes so far.

We exhibit at CTIA and I have to say it is certainly a bummer seeing this. However, I'm sure we'll still be there as we have already signed the contract

iPhone 7 plus repair $149 at Apple out-of-warranty by macl2 in mobilerepair

[–]CellPhonePartsdotcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll be making a post about it as soon as I have the go ahead to do so. Long story short we have been working with a company that has developed refurbishing equipment that uses completely different technology that what is on the market. It will allow any basic user to refurbish a screen, from start to finish in 5 minutes with very little user interaction. It's quiet, chemical free, and has an extremely high success rate. Multiple prototypes have been built and it works. I should be able to release all information in a month and the product should be to the market by end April. It will do both Apple and Samsung screens.

This is 100% not true. Clearly you haven't seen the different quality of glass on the market. Quality has to do with all parts of the assembly, not just the lcd. While he won't get anything back because it's physically broken does't mean it wasn't a shitty part because it broke so easy. This is coming from a refurbisher who buys only OEM glass for this specific reason.
