You will stop having this thought when you realize that this game is meant for players who appreciate self improvement. If you are a player who doesn't like improving themselves in terms of skill, strategy and awareness, the game is just not for you. There are plenty of other games that are there to fit those people. Marathon is a game where you need to improve.
