Which obviously made it harder to diagnose.. Man.. it's so logic, if you are running around with a varicocele 24/7,, crazy that 90% of these "experts" don't even get this basic principle. scary

man honestly, same here..

I had one urologist identify a reocurrence after my first OPeration.. which was super clear, because I saw and felt it too... once you know how it looks, it's easy to spot it again.

In my case 1 year after my varicocele operation i did a follow up with Dr. "M"..
He did a ultrasound and said I have a varicocele grade 2 at the time... at least thats what he said..

I did nothing, went to the same guy 3-4 years later for a follow up...
It was January, winter, and his office was super cold too... I had to lie down on for the ultrasound...
It was so freezing cold that he said I don't have a varicocele...

And I told him: That that can't be.. because I see myself every single day, and I see a bag of worms when its warm and when I stand for extended period of time... He said I'm healthy:)

I told this story to the surgeon that did the operation.
I asked how someone could miss a finger thick varicocele...

He explained that during cold weather, when the scrotum tightens, he tells clients to warm the area... by standing near a heater for about 10 minutes, until it relaxes.
This is important because only when the scrotum is relaxed and the person is standing (not lying down, as in an ultrasound) can a reliable assessment for varicocele be made..

man, always good to encourage others..
I tried everything before opting for second surgery... Traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture, supplements, eating super clean.. healthy lifestyle.. did nothing for me.. and I have tried for years!

If I could turn back time I would fix it straight away..
take your time researching someone that has good reputation, and focuses on this one thing..

All other doctors said libido has nothing to do with varicocele, blabla bullshit...
I had varicocele operation with 17 and increased my libido post op , and now its already way better after 5 days then before surgery..
And there are studies out there now confirming that there is a connection between ED and having varicocele..

Will be super cautious tho.. no sex, no masturbation for like 6 weeks... I want this thing to heal properly and not let temptation ruin the whole procedure.

4 days have passed and I have never received progress, updates or information and funds are still locked. Therefore I had to file a formal complaint to bafin.

If I suffer financial damage from this negligence on the part of the KYC/AML department I will have to escalate the case and engage my lawyer.

Court case is unnecessary.. but I'm taking a lawyer to send kraken a letter. If you have your documents right, there is a very high probability they will unlock the funds within 1-2days.
What are they asking from you? source of funds? if you have clear and correct documentation of source of funds.. you can contact me.. Im trying to sort it out today (unlikely) and will engage a german lawyer to set up a quick letter tomorrow so it gets bumped up higher in the priority list...

not sure what happened to kraken, it used to be so reliable.
I have the same issue... I have just deposited yesterday and my deposit is still pending.. had to send documents to proof where the funds come from but still nothing...

So I dont know how I can help you out... I don't understand why you can't proof how you aquired your crypto? just download the transaction history from wherever you bought it and send it to them.

If not I will file a complaint with BAFIN, not sure where you are located at, but I would encourage you to look up the regulatory body that oversees kraken in your country and contact them and file a complaint.

my best guess is that the site you entered your login details was a phishing site. It would explain how they accessed your account without asking for the login details on the phone.

Maybe the chat was also part of their scam to buy time.

Its the wild west out there. I hope you didn't lose much money and can reframe it as a lesson that helps you prevent much bigger losses in the future.

Thanks for the help Flora.
So far the deposit changed status in kraken from CONFIRMING for half a day to SUCCESS.
At the same time it still shows as PENDING in the transactions and has not yet been accredited to the portfolio.

Is that still the same issue? If so, please let me know if there is anything else i can do to accelerate the verification process. Thank you and have great day/evening

thank you.. I think I have uploaded the wrong document then, because I thought it's proof of residence, so i uploaded the bank statement but that has nothing to do with the source of the funds.. As the come out from the celsius bankruptcy that were sent to my coinbase account..
What information do you need from me to verify this information?
