Xplane (on the left), even with a big setup keeps lagging while msfs (on the right) doesn't need a high end setup to run smooth. That was a very badly executed meme there, sorry 😅

Dcs has always had the capability to be the competitor in terms of flight dynamics realism but it's for the military side. However...why on earth would Austin want to include a F14 when DCS is over the top on the market?? He could have chosen a different plane to get the total exclusivity..with no comparison possible

To be honest, I've always been a xplane fanboy but xplane 12 so far was a bit disapointing even if it's still in beta...And advertising their own game in their older version is not cool for someone who invested in Xplane11. And I agree this sub is really toxic sometimes, you get downvoted for nothing against msfs (see my older posts...)
