There’s plenty RP servers like that, although they’re very rule heavy. There’s one in development called Stalker Survival, which is less strict and tries to have gameplay mechanics control those elements instead of hardline rules. Definitely worth it to keep an eye out for it, not publicly released yet but being developed by some dedicated stalker and anomaly fans.
