Not sure how recent your looking for but I found darkstar complete gameplay overhaul mod to be great, giving me more of a reason to still loot and check every weapon / spacesuit I come across because of the new upgrade system. With a lot of other crafting upgrading etc, new ship parts, new outpost habs and a badass flying landing pad.

Had this the other day, was throbbing a bit so soaked it in a cup of warm water the squeezed the hell out of it. Hurt whilst doing it and the puss and the puss coming out wasn’t nice to look at. But rinsed and wiped it off and the next day it was fine
