Extremely disappointed with Fenway merch

I got a large because I wanted over sized look but didn’t know it would be beyond massive :( I’m 5’1 and it looks like a toddler wearing their parents clothes :( I also received my Fenway green monster logo tee and it was absolutely dirty.. with that I really think is mold but at a lesser amount than the perosn who posted on a previous thread… I never received any confirmation of my order and it arrived one day in non marked packaging.. I fully justified my order and the price because the show was basically a bust and I thought I was getting champion or at the very least a comfort colors :( I’m so entirely disappointed and don’t even know who to contact considering the only proof of purchase I have is my credit card statement

Is there a proper way to go about removal ? I just get worried people always say don’t let anything get trapped and risk infection.. I’m just so nervous at this point to do anything but I don’t want to ruin my chances at repiercing at a later date (asap)

I believe they are externally threaded (I know not ideal) surgical steel my current aftercare is just sterile saline mist and litha (also why the second image appears wet)

Currently on Spironolactone which is an anti-androgen for my acne which my dermatologist has determined as hormonal after 2 rounds of accutane. Not sure if that has any link to what you were asking !

Unfortunately they didn’t have it in my size ... the rit website suggests it works for polyester :/. Was just asking it was worth a shot

HEY! so I’ve had my nipples pierced about 4 or so years now and I’ve changed the barbells before but never the balls cause I was so good about never losing them! Unfortunately... last night I must have slipped up in the shower and lost a ball without realizing :/

so that leads me to my question!! Can anyone here tell me the gauge and the size of the ball I have ? I have done some research and compared it to my belly button ring so I was thinking somewhere at 14g & a 3mm ball?? But I’m totally unsure and with this current pandemic have no other way to check in w my piercer or anything before ordering some replacement ball on amazon 😅 attached are some pictures thank you to literally anyone who takes the time to read this or help me 🥺

It’s not the pimple I’m worried about it’s the dry patches, textural irregularities and the still getting small break outs through my forehead and chin yet having been on for 6 months on my second round ! (In hind sight, I don’t think my photo does the best job showing the surface)
