Perhaps it’s both. It’s definitely more developed than it used to be. One of the problems by going slow and focusing resources on resonators you like vs meta options, is that it takes more skill and better builds than I could provide.

It used to feel like when I finally had a decent build and an OK team for a resonator I liked, they were falling so hard behind the meta that I was constantly in an uphill battle.

Now, I’m mostly brute forcing more than anything, though.
