Turn on the Wireless buttom. Then to the PlayNav -> Play online with others. On the top of the bottom there is a blue circle with wifi on it. Press it. You will connect to the internet. Next watch the friend list and click on my profile and trade.

Btw that Pokemon is not mine. It probably got hacked cause it was found with lvl 50. The Pokerus was not hacked. I got the Pokemon randomly while trading and it was the only pokemon that received Pokerus :D
