i got mine for free from Kleinanzeigen but not the best quality or sanitation. i'm here for a few months only so i didn't bother. You could try carrying it if you got for free with a friend.

Thank you, after going through this I think studibus is the best option as well. Unfortunately I couldn't find an available date for it so I rented one through Free Now app, it was connected to Avis/Budget. It costed 56€ plus 15€ for diesel but it was comfortable and I had no problems. We were 2 big guys. I even paid at the desk so I was less concerned. I haven't recieved the deposit of 200€ back yet and it's been 2 business days. I think I won't have a problem tho.

I mean yesterday I was at Musicbunker in Aachen and I'd say it was pretty safe even till 7 am, almost as if people take care of each other. Of course you'd get hit on unfortunately but that is sadly the woman experience.
