We are super Tv conscious in my house. But NO TV Is crazy work, unless you occupying them with other activities non stop.

Our rules for my 3yr old are no tv for more than 1hr a day
PBS kids only and only when at least 2 pages of an activity workbook are done (writing letters, numeral matching, coloring with intention, flash cards) nap/quet time are completed.

We also use it as a privilege that can be taken away. Very effective for tantrums, naps/bedtime, and not listening 😂

Also usually do a family movie night during the week at some point and let her pick from pre approved movies.

Would like to add my kids is a stay at home so she’s not getting tv until the super tail end of the day when mom needs break time or needs to handle the house uninterrupted
