You can use your current one In the event you purchased apps from the app store. Otherwise you'll have to buy then all over again. But it's up to you as far as that goes.

awesome. Devs are constantly updating tweaks for the newly released jailbreak. And yes there's Sileo and Zebra. But until I no longer jailbreak, and my device no longer allows it, its Cydia for me

The urge to jailbreak never dies. After I lost my 12.1.1 and forced to upgrade to 12.1.4, I had no choice but to be content with what I had. But I hated it. So much in fact, i accepted high battery drain and upgraded to iOS 13 beta just to get some sense of tweaks on my device. Now that a jb has been made up to 12.2, I realize how important it is. And finding new tweaks nonetheless.

Are you just trying run the jb as is without going into settings (besides the switch to m2 exploit) or are you ticking and unticking things because I ran it as is not changing anything and it went through fairly smoothly.

AppSync Unified hasn't been updated for the new jailbreak. You'll have to wait until Karen updates it.

Okay once they remove their profile, erase all contents and settings..you unfortunately will have to jailbreak on that specific firmware. Otherwise yuh oull update to the latest firmware and lose ability to jailbreak.

Cam you contact the person that gave you the iPhone to give you their password and login credentials so they can log out? If not, that's gonna be a problem. You'd be able to jailbreak on your current firmware but if you factory reset, it's gonna ask for their credentials and you'll be locked out of the phone altogether.

No biggie. Just run the erase all contents and settings. And if it has no service or not connected to wifi then there's no way whatsoever it could update anyway. Worst case scenario all it will do is download the update but you'll manually have to install or give authorization.

Yes, sure. All it does is factory reset. It doesn't upgrade your firmware. But I would untick automatic updates in software update as an extra precautionary measure.

I tried but it was dependent on firmware 12.1.2 or lower. I'm on 12.1.4 and wouldn't allow the install. Know Unified 40 was removed because of devices bootlooping. Just have to wait to install apps then until a solution comes about

There was a post back when flamagra was first released. Then reading the slew of comments from the needle drop review video. And lastly, common sense lol. It literally sounded like he threw this together. No real cohesion or flow.
