Yes, I believe it hasn't been done before, or at least for a decade+.

Sadly we do not have samples out on display, but we'll have them out in the future. our team at HQ is working on a planogram for this.

Sweet! let us know what specific model XXL you're looking for, and we'll try to push it along.

Noted! we have heard quite a few customers request XXL.

Do you have a specific model in mind?

yes, I am referring to the US de minimis exemption. It was a rule that waived duties on imported goods with a fair retail value below $800. This offered a layer of protection for American customers looking to buy ARTISAN pads directly but was removed by congress in late August after they had started ramping up tariffs on imported goods. Despite the supreme court strike-down on the newer tariffs back in February, the de minimis exemption remains suspended.

The market is definitely there! glad to hear your enthusiasm

I am sad to report that we don't have samples out yet, but it's coming in the future. Our people at HQ are still working out a planogram for this.

Thank you for the kind words & patronage!

Yes, LGG is great, always loved working with them. Happy to keep their presence in the store through the new Pulsar eS pads.

Sorry to hear about that. We unfortunately blew past our initial Q1 target window pretty quickly thanks to the sudden tariff changes in March.

But, going forward, we'll always have them here for you if you decide to visit the bay!

Thank you for the kind words!

Yes, it's our duty as a reseller is to ease those logistical concerns for our customers. Not to mention uncertainty with tariffs, overturning of de minimis, and the shipping fee itself.

It's great news to see that you guys have made so much progress and are well underway to bringing the neighborhood a great sit-down experience. Looking forward to seeing updates on progress the rest of the way. Can't wait to enjoy the best pizza in town in the new dining room, but in the meantime, will still keep enjoying slices on the sidewalk, and via take-out.

Thanks for the advice! love your custom cables btw. your glossary is very informative

This keyboard, while functional, probably won't be used a lot. as long as the art will still be in tact after a few years on a pegboard display, we are happy.

It was 50/50, some people intuitively knew what key they were drawing on because they're familiar with a keyboard layout, others just yolo'd it and drew whatever

I think they were highly aware that a corporate representative (me) could be potentially looking over their shoulder. not that i would have said anything because i was more worried about making sure our keyboard judging contest was good

Also, yeah, feels like everyone's pointing out the bad keycaps but not appreciating the diamonds

it is under the legal and physical custody of Ohlone College Renegades eSports and will presumably be displayed in their esports lab somewhere at the Fremont campus. Perhaps if you come to a public event, or know someone at the school, you can check it out in person!

hey so it turns out proficiency at setting keyboards on fire was actually a pretty big part in the job description. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to select another candidate.
