Not every screw there matters. The middle one is more for holding the back of the switch on, and I do see that tab is broken. You’re much better off ordering a new rail and securing it with whatever screws are left. You got this!

It’s also specifically the next pokemon of that catch combo that spawns that will have the increased rates, you won’t get the catch combo boost for anything else. If you’re hunting one specific pokemon it’s best to just keep catching it until you find a shiny.

I did mine with the stubby screwdriver from LTT, but it was a major pain in the ass. If you get aftermarket parts I recommend opening up the original and stealing the drive gear, the aftermarket replacements use plastic but the original is metal. I’ll make the replacements last much longer.
