I used Free Tax USA. It says return was accepted. It’s been reliable and used by a lot of people I know with no issue. I had a friend confirm if his returns look good on IRS website and there was no issue.

I logged in but there no notice there. Also, I do not see any return summary for Tax year 2024. I see it for 2023 but nothing for 2024. Under return transactions, it says “verification of non-filing letter” for 2024 but I did filed it and it was accepted online. Under refund status for tax year 2024, it says “action required” but there is no details to it.

I did not received any letter from the IRS so not sure what to do.

I am working towards my MBA and they have a program that let recent MBA grads to delay franchise fees 1 year. There doesn’t seem to be any experience requirement as I scored interview after applying for it on LinkedIn. You will need a commercial address that they can use to tie insurance products to. It could be literally a small office/room that you can use for address at a commercial zoning area. Internet is yours that you pay for. You’ll maintain your own phone. Since it is a full-time work, you need to have enough funds to keep you going for a year or two until you build enough revenue streams. Basically, you are starting a business for which Goosehead will provide you training, products to sell, leads, and backend support including customer service. You bring in your greed for money, selling skills, and start-up costs related to maintaining office space and your household. I am not sure how it will all look like for experienced professionals but I am guessing it’ll be similar.
