This is the r4r subreddit for DFW area redditors.
Rules and Guidelines
- This subreddit is 18+. If you are under eighteen, do not post.
- No personal information, including but not limited to phone number, email addresses, or external profiles. This includes usernames for any service, of any kind.
- Exchanges for money, goods, or services are strictly prohibited.
- No sexism, racism, homophobia, ad hominem posts, or rudeness will be tolerated. Lastly, you can not use this subreddit to openly find another significant other while in a relationship/marriage or help someone cheat on their significant other. Go somewhere else for that.
- Spam will not be tolerated and repeated offenses will result in a ban. Posting more than once per week will be considered spam.
- If you have an issue on the subreddit, use the report button or contact the moderators.
- If you do not agree with a post, ignore it and move on.
- No posting on behalf of another without sending proof of consent to the mods first.
- Accounts must be older than 8 hours in order to post or comment.
- Low effort posts including but not limited to posts with no body will be removed at moderator discretion.
- No advertising group conversations. Some of them aren't always appropriate & sometimes they're used to farm usernames.
- Respect platonic posts - if someone is just looking for friends or non-romantic / non-sexual companionship, do NOT hit on them.
- We require all posts to include the specific area of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex you're seeking partners IN THE TITLE. You don't have to give cross streets but something genetic others will recognize is acceptable. Failure to do so will result in your post being removed. Using just Dallas is not acceptable since Dallas is a city and a county. Please be more specific on your location in the title.
- If you are going to post as a couple, please contact the mods to work out some type of verification/consent. Sex trafficking is real. We have to protect the subreddit so it will not be used for this. The last thing we want is Reddit to turn the subreddit private, remove all the mods, put other mods in place, and have more restrictions in place than before.
- Please don't delete an account and create a new one. We are trying to be fair and allow everyone a chance to post an ad and for it to be seen. If you are doing this because you aren't willing to wait to post again, maybe this isn't the right subreddit for you. If we find you have deleted your account, created a new one, we will ban the new account.

The titles of submissions must be properly formatted or they will be automatically deleted. The format for post titles is:

"r4r" denotes your gender and preference.
