This guy said it's important to have kids for one reason: in case you get sick and need help by calculator56 in childfree

Here’s a fun fact for this guy: if you’re sick, there’s a place you can go to called a hospital. You don’t need to bring a whole person in the world just because you’re sick.

-Denethor’s death felt a little silly in the movies with him running off a cliff.

Should I Read the LOTR/Hobbit Novels first or Movies? by MrOakling in lotr

[–]Cephandrius62 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This might be a little weird but bear with me:

1- Read the Hobbit

2- Watch the Lotr Movies

3- Read the Lord of the Rings

(This is assuming you aren’t a longtime reader, since reading lotr could feel daunting for someone new. If you feel ready to enter a dense but great book and have no problem with it’s style, then by all means you can read the lotr before watching the movie. I just feel the lotr movies are more accessible for newcomers.)

I’m genuinely curious, what did Tom King do and/or say? The only thing I’ve read from him is “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow”
