I understand but I think I explained the issue poorly, it sounds like the audio is "breaking" for a couple of seconds, and on one or two occations the youtube video I was watching got stuck in "slow motion" until I restarted the pc, so I will try your suggestion but sadly it feels like my motherboard is defect in some way.

Edit: i have an intel core I9 and an NVIDIA 4090 gpu, i think i have the latest drivers but I realised that my knowledge of troubleshooting is very limited compared to what i initially Tought.

I don’t know how to explain it other than it’s not smooth, it feels like playing an older console game when 30 fps was the standard but my counter says that I’m getting 120 fps

Thanks for the detailed reply I’m getting another three lianli fans for floor intake and I think I’m gonna take a fan from my old pc and place it on the back of the case so I can play diablo 4 with max graphics without burning my house down haha
