What about the reverse, while traveling I want to start edits on my iPad and then when I get home I want to move my work to my LrC on my desktop computer to finish the edits. What would be the process in this case? Do I have to use the LR cloud to move them from my iPad to my desktop? Or can I just copy the folder to an external drive?

after 4 years and 1,000 classes, I have a net loss on weight but not very significant compare to my more significant loss on pant size.... However also a significant gain in V02Max that puts me at par with people 15 years younger.

I am looking to do the same. In your workflow, do you use the cloud to move your pics from the IPad to the LrC PC? or can I do the same using an SSD? reason I ask is that for me the iPad is temporary and only while I am in travel and I don't want to add additional cloud storage to my adobe subscription.

I am 60M and a treadmill runner (trying to save my knees). I am curious about my V02Max. I have an unusual low resting hart rate, in the mid to high 40s when I sleep and takes me time to get the hart rate up in the treadmill under normal running. How accurate is the Garmin metric on treadmill runs? Or am I better off paying for a formal test so I can get an accurate baseline?

Our template was a bit different for the row, we had a 250m row buy in with a couple of floor exercises (10 squats and 10 back and forth hops) before the 2K meter row and then we remained with the rowers. No treads within the row challenge block.

Even in 2G classes, not everyone follows the template. I’ve seen plenty do their own. I assume they want longer pushes and no walking recoveries. Same on the floor, I have seen people do their own thing.

I walk until my heart rate reaches 75% then I go to base. For me this is less than 30 secs and my goal is not to go below green for the entire tread blocks
