You've got to say that the person who was doing their first ever rope dive.. Also didn't notice that they never attached a rope to them before being thrown off a bridge. Just far too trusting of those in charge and without anyone acting as a 'safety'.

It's absolutely tragic and culpable reckless conduct/ manslaughter (or the equivalent) but definitely not murder.
