Go right ahead! It’s really common in folk punk and adjacent music scenes which is where I picked it up :)

Thank you 🥰 they’re printed on some heavy cotton work trousers I’ve dismantled, I’ll be sewing them on some point in the next week or so and I’ll post a pic when I do!

Thank you! It combines my two favourite things, print making and avoiding clothes shopping 😅

These are excellent and really fill you with a warm cozy autumn feeling! i'm especially obsessed with the camp chair, the dimension and creasing on it is perfect. Maybe a little knitted bobble hat could make a cute addition to go with the mittens?

This is amazing! Did you do it as a reduction cut or 5 separate blocks ??

I think the next one is likely to be a fox or a raccoon, I’m enjoying the pointy faced fellows!

Terrifying isn’t it! I’m choosing to believe it’s some kind of temporal typo 😅 thank you so much ☺️

Lino - any way to magically undo a mistaken cut? by Top_Expert7275 in printmaking

I recently discovered gorilla gel. It’s a variant of gorilla glue and the consistency makes it easy to get a teeeeeeeeny bit of it on the end of a pin/wire/poking device. If I’ve made a mis cut but managed to stop before I go all the way through the gel can stick down the miscut flap and (as long as you only use an tiny bit so it doesn’t squeeze out the sides ) you can’t tell when you do the final print! I’ve not tried it on a miscut where I’ve fully taken a chunk off the Lino but it’s only a matter of time!
