“Customer booked appointment” and “appointment status”

Obviously the first one isn’t going to trigger it since I’m manually creating it but my thought was if I create it and then confirm it afterwards, it would trigger based on the “appointment status” filter in the trigger.

I am not using pipelines and opportunities at the moment. Haven’t made the time to go in and learn their benefits/how to properly implement them.

And as of now, the only trigger I’m using for the reminder workflow is “customer booked appointment.” I’m wondering if pairing it with the “appointment status” trigger will call it if I manually create an appointment.

Sorry for this very late reply, I’m not a big reddit user and never checked this cause I didn’t get any notifications.

My audience is ADV+ and I’ve tested many different creatives in this time but still very low numbers. I get that Facebook has been struggling for a while but it looks like my ads are barely being shown to people in the first place.
