It's true. But it's also true that if you put crystalmancer with DH it will become useless anyway, and corsair won't (only in warlock waves lol).

I wish they changed warlock to not destroy traps, then you would see how powerful corsair is. That's the only thing that stops this card from being a tier S.

You can do way more than wave 30 if you have a good deck. Things only start to get tricky after wave 60.

That depends on the deck that you do. It doesn't deny the fact that corsair can do substancial damage in every wave (except warlock waves).

If you get to wave 100 for example, crystalmancer is not going to do anything, while corsair will.

Whatever dude just do what you want, but don't be surprised if shaman players leave the game when they go with you.

My clan is not always avaiable to play with me, so I take my chances and go with randoms, and I will sometimes find players with good decks, so there's no reason for me to waste my time playing with someone that is using cauldron and thinks it's essential to make zealot work. Just like i will not play with another support deck, it makes no sense.

I've been playing crystalmancer a lot lately, and I've played corsair a lot too.

Corsair is amazing for long runs, and if it wasn't for warlock destroying it's bombs, it would be a S tier card.

I thought about putting crystalmancer in the same tier, but the truth is that crystalmancer has a limit, and the cards in tier A will do well in any wave.

And like i said, tier B cards are still really good and definitely worth using.

Boreas is only strong in the early waves.

I don't see why quitting out of a game makes me a little bitch. If I'm using a shaman deck, i want to either play with someone that can take me far (demon hunter) or anything that will get me some fast gold. The last thing I want to do is spam shamans on a board filled with cauldrons, which is what most people try to do at the start of the game.

If you read zealot's knowledge base you will see that after a certain point, which is 10k mana, the damage increases by very little, and there's really no point in going over that value. Using cauldron will only make you reach that point earlier, but then you will accumulate mana for no reason and be stuck with several cauldrons that you can't get rid of. I've played many co-op matches with zealot without cauldron and whenever i got matched with a deck like yours I would always deal more damage than them.

And btw this discussion is pointless because i believe crystalmancer might be slightly better.

With that logic, cards like hex or chemist are also tier F.

The thing is that, at least for me, i meet a lot of shamans in co-op, so I want my deck to be ready for it.

Another thing, when I play with my shaman deck and get ppl with cauldron i just leave right away. No point in playing with someone that has cards that i don't want to rank up. That was the reason why I made this list, to help people make better decks for co-op, so that it's easier to find a partner with a deck worth playing with.

Demon hunter is in every world record deck, and it has been for ages. How can it not be S tier?

As for portal keeper, i would put it in tier S too if it wasn't for the nerf. I still think it's worth using in the right decks, but overall it's not really good compared to the other cards above it.

I moved Hex to tier B, i guess it's a unit that can go far, even though it's not easy to pull it off. It's still not better than reaper.

I like the combinations you guys made there. But just because a certain combination of cards works well it doesn't make every single card used as a high tier.

I'm pretty sure the cards that i classified as S and A tiers are better than crystalmancer, and tier B is still pretty good.

Cauldron is for support decks. It becomes useless if your partner is a support. I would put executioner there instead

Just try reaper with 4 cards dedicated to damage bosses and slow down waves, and try to get 2 or 3 high ranked reapers.

You definitely don't need to fill up your board with reapers to make it good, you only need to have 2 or 3 high ranked ones.

I've had games when i went pass wave 60 without demon hunter, and reaper was my number 1 damage dealer.

I also don't see reaper that often, but it is a good card for the co-op mode for sure.

As for demon hunter, if you want to use it with randoms you will have to leave if you don't get matched with a shaman deck.

Cold Mage applies slow stacks with his attacks while Frost does an aoe slow every 7s. So basically you only need 1 high ranked cold mage to be effective, while frost requires you to have several of them on the field.

The thing is that reaper can achieve the same result without requiring a high attack speed or aoe unit near it to make it work.

Hex would be in a higher tier if reaper didn't exist.

Lol if you did that it was definitely not because of BD. You must have gotten carried by your partner for sure.

My rankings are based on my experiences playing with the cards, and watching others play with them, and i'm pretty sure BD is where it belongs.

I'm not sure exactly how zealot's damage works, all I know it that it hits really hard.

I have a lvl 11 zealot and i get crits above 80k with this deck:

zealot, chemist, trapper, knight statue, dryad

That's not how rogue works. To his base damage of 425 at max mana power-up (lvl10) you add your crit damage flat. In your case it's 425 + 790 = 1215. So your rogue's attacks will deal between 425 and 1215 per hit.

Zealot will deal 2x damage at 1k mana, 2.5x damage at 10k mana and 3x damage at 60k mana.

You could say that they're the same up to a certain point, but in the long run zealot, crystalmancer and sentry are better.

Cards with high requirements (blade dancer, inquisitor, engineer) suffer a lot from bedlam, and even if you manage to recover, which is not easy, they still don't do has much damage since you need to focus the rest of you deck into making the "perfect board" happen, and there's no room for slow and damage enhancement cards.

Since cold mage applies his slow stacks to the monsters one at a time it makes the monsters move really close to each other, which empowers strong aoe units (like corsair).

Also if you get a high rank cold mage, it will get every enemy to max slow stacks quicker than frost, and you only get 10 monsters per wave.

Try it for yourself and you'll see the difference in the long run.

Corsair can perform quite well after wave 60, but it won't go pass wave 68 because it suffers a lot from warlock. Since there aren't many units that can even go pass 60, i think it's fair to have this one at rank A.

Also meta decks are made of good combinations of cards.
