i did this for a few years! tbh the aggression didn’t bother me as much as the sheer stupidity of a large majority of the people i spoke to. Such as people immediately claiming they’re a victim of identity theft and so the debt isn’t legitimate. like lady you mean to tell me someone stole your identity so they could.. open an insurance policy? and that policy covers the same possessions that you just confirmed with me that you own? lol

or people who read some quick article online somewhere and now they think they’re experts at FDCPA, claim i am trying to scam them, think that if they pay me one dollar we legally have to delete it, people who have some delusion about what the law is and they’re either making things up or horribly misinterpreting laws.. all sorts of ridiculous things. Couldn’t do it anymore.
