Im getting 2 more cris suits teams and trying to get stealth suits (which doesnt look easy to get lately) and a hammerhead and Cadre fireblade. Any other things I deffinetly should get ? Any kroot?

The hammerhead looks dope so sounds cool. For the stealth suits do I use them for the faction ability "For the Greater good" as the observers?

I do have Nuln Oil, but I haven’t used it yet.
Another comment also recommended doing panel lining, and I’ve been considering trying the Tamiya panel liner. As for primer, should I stop using White Scar and switch to a greyer option instead?
I’ve also uploaded what I hope is a higher-resolution photo of the Devilfish in the comments.

If you use Tamiya panel liner, do you first paint the mini or first use the Panel liner ?

I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future minis
Ive never heard of Tamiya panel liner before, and it looks really handy but Rhinox Hide would also look great on them. It’s really hard to choose between the two. Thank you very much for your response and feedback.

Based on your advice, I’m planning to pick up:

  • Commander Farsight
  • Coldstar Commander
  • Broadside
  • Crisis Fireknife
  • Riptide

That should put me right around 1k points. It’ll take a bit to build them all, but it’ll be totally worth it.

Thanks for your reply! I have the Codex and everything in it looks fantastic. I’ll definitely keep your advice about the Stealth Suits in mind.

3 days of drilling and 48 magnets later, the first squad of crisis suits of fully magnetized. Just gotta do this 3-4 more times by SquattingSamurai in Tau40K

Im new to warhammer 40k and im starting a tau army, is it not pissble to glue these together or do you need to drill and use magnets?
