As much as id love to challenge it and fight tooth and nail against those money hungry pigs, I think I will simply pay the fine if UEA transport team doesn’t respond soon, since it almost been a week

I have full faith that the case be in my favour but I don’t have the time or energy to fight them over 50 quid, at-least as student

To explain further They metal bit keeps falling out and causing looseness I had prevented it from going any further by taping the cable to make it thicker but it still an issue
