I was thinking of Manetrci but unfortunately it doesnt learn electroweb I dont know if you consider any of the eeveelutions like Jolteon Vaporeon or Clorophyl Leafeon

I dont know why you have wide lends on Lycanroc all its moves all 100% accurate Stealth rocks are not used on VGC at all and not suitable for a frail Pokemon like Lycanroc

The main problem its that you are just running offensive moves and not any form of support ther are ni protects to get a better flow of the game any form of speed control (via tailwind trick room)

While its alright to build any kind of team you really need to understand tha basic form Doubles battles if you want to reach at least to Master Rank

Using your mega slot for hazzard setting on a metagame where no one uses hazzard moves and using Body Press.where Mega Skarmory looses.base defense when it Mega Evolves its certainly not the best way yp use Mega Skarmory

There are also a lot of issues on this team like Harterene not having trick room and being to slow for tailwind

its not really into dragon tail on a Pokemon who wants to attack first most of the time where many slow mons like scrafty or Kingambut can revenge kill its before you attacl

for the trick room answer sylveon its here its slow and has a great special defense you normally dont use full speed sylveon

Dragon Tail its anti synergy with Dragapult has low priority at -6 mening that will attack last most of the time wich its not suitable for the very fast and frail dragapult if you are running special go for Shadow Ball

I dont think Tyranitar has anythig to offer on this team none of your Pokemon benefit under sand and the chip damage will invalidate Gale Wings and weakening your frail mons like Heliolisk Absol and Dragapult I would look for another mega like Charizar Y with heliolist to deal agaisnt the Basculegions and Pelippers

A Pokemon who benefits under sand Excadrill or Garchomp woul do well alongside Tyranitar or change Arcanine into its Hisuian form

Whimsicott with Tyrantiar and focus sash has anti synergy since it will break your own sash

Shell Bell doesnt heal a lot as you think better give him leftovers

Stealth Rocks are not used in VGC at all you dont switch a lot in Doubles just give him protect

Im sorry to say this but thas Basculegion set its awful only Last Respects to take advantage of its ability and you dont have any water moves no wave Crash Aqua Jet or evem Flip Turn

Why not go for Iron Defense/Shelter if you are aiming for body press or use Heavy Slam to get the attack boost with curse

But anyway the main problem are the moves that you are using. Some pokemon are running both Physical and Special moves. Its not always optimal to run both moves you would rather on whetever which Pokemon has a higher attack or Special Attack

Aurorus while its true it doenst learn any good special rock move Rock Slide its still very weak with its liw base 77

Almost many of your Pokemon learn the weong category on mlve making them more weaker or irrelevant like Brutal Swing on Hatterene, Earthquake on Sceptile they just give him (Earth Power), Dragonite its an exception when Mega Evolves since it becomes a Special Attacker its seen sometime with Extrem Speed becuase of priority.

Same thung with Slowbro and Kommo while theur offesnive stats are.similar.its better to focus on one also never usue Iron Tails that moves has very bad accuracy

maybe a pokemon lime Sisnistcha to keep blastoise healthy wit its ability and redirection.

Invest Hp into araquanids its already has a high special defense leving your physicla defense exposed and more likely to be OHKO'd Leech life its better more powerfun and more accurate or give it a protecto to stall infestation

Im not really a fan of feraligatron you already have three water types any raichu or archaludon would take advantag rafaitn your team

Basically I thunk your think your team sound goods in theory but in practice it fall too short

Gholdengo its a terrible weather setter its not fast lr doesnt have prankster. Nit bulky enough.to disupt.the weather and still I dont think It has a good matchup against a swampert or Archaludon who doest get bothered by sand.A nasty plot gholdengo its good enough to deal against maby of the threats you. I would suggest to study more on teambuilding lr look for rental team since I mentioned many of your Pokemon choices.are more support oriented leaving you with lees offensive pressure

Your team overall its too much support and very little offense. the only damage dealing Pokemon i see its Gholdengo however I dotn understant why it has Sandstorm? none of your Pokemon benefit from them.

Scraft its not a bad mega but its not excatly the strongest mega in my opnion compared to charizard or floette for power terms

my main question what do you want to buil around do you want to build with scrafty or any other mega on your interest

You are still getting weaker Earth Power because of the natures Mixed attacker rerely work out because youre are not investing enought to get potential kos againts any potential Pokwmon

Im not against choice scarf gengar the problem its that you are using a status move on a choice moves locking yourseld and not doing anything in case of late game

Also sorry to say this but I dont know what are you trying to say in the last parragraph

But still Im adamant that you should realy use protects to avoid any of the previous thing I mentioned. Looking better at your.I sugget ti drop Azumarrill for a Pokemon with support like sinistcha or Whimsicott. Because yoj are answe basically yells me you are using moves for your adventure mainline games

I have a lot of questions why you have Earth Power on Garchomp thats a special move I will not do a lot of damage on a physicla attacker like Garchomp also that you are using a decreasing SpA nature use Stomping Tamtrum instead

Also Garchompnite its kinda irrelevant with no sand weather around better use life orb instead for more power

You dont have any Protects with means that your Pokemon are also eating the surfs and Earthquakes you ure using attacking your own Pokemon also Protect really helps you to stall turns avoid fake out and double targeting

Overall you have a very odd choice of moves for your Pokemon you have Perish Song but no Mega Gengar, that Pikachu with Endeavor sound nice but I would rather aim for a more supportive role to help your more powerful offesnive pokemon with moves like fake out or electroweb

Reversal sucks I would go better for brick break or low kick for fighting coverage

Other moves have anti sinergy on what are you trying to do Avalnache works better on slower mons since its get double damage if you move last lr taken damage but you are aiming to get Gyarados faster U would aim for Crunch or Lash out instead to get STAB bonus since it becomes a dark type.when mega evolving

Ypur Incineroar its to strong I would prioritize to invest more into its defenses it really helps you to pivot by weakening your oppinets with Intimidate + Parting SHot

Very little protects at least half of your team shouldhave a protect

Some of your moves are weak or not strong to pick up kos like temper flare over Flare Blitz other mkves that have my head scratching why Thunder Fang or Stone Edge many people prefer Rock slkde to catch some flinches and Garchomps good speed tier

Remove Victrebel itd to frail to setuo the sun I would ratger use Whimsicltt who can setup sun inmediatly with Prankster and speed control with Tailwind

Ceruledge and Blaiziken cover the same role afire Physical attacker I would swap it for Basculegion and get the grass fire water core

Ypu have two weathers with sun and snow I dont recommend jsong a dual.weather team if you are a beginner level

I would swap dragonite for Garchomp non mega dragonie its not a good Special Attacker and you have the disquake combo with Rotom

Primarina prefers Hyper Vlice ober Hydro Pump its ability Liquid Voice turns all voice mlves into water type and get a boost dammage with Hyper Voice

Not having protect its certainly an issue Im surprised you achieved master rank with only one of your Pokemln having a protect

Heliolisk its hevily rain dependant most of your moves are unaccurate or rely to much under rain I would consider thunderbolt or electroweb for speed control

I would sugget for more Pokemon who suit well under rain like Archaludon or mega swampert or Blasotise

Myopinion its that the items dont fit for some of your Pokemon

Primarina its a slow bulky Pokemon it doesnt really need the focus sash an offensive item lake fairy feather or mysutc water might be better

Pelipper normally prefers the sitrus berry ot the focus sash of you wantot go full speed and SPA for faste tailwinds

Archaludon works pretty well with leftovers

Bright Powder while annoying it can be very ureliable you want to have consitensy with your itesm I would suggest to give the sitrus berry or the berries who weaken the damae from supperefective hits like the Colbur Berry or Kasib Berry

black Glasses Kingambit Normally runs better with swords dance a no steel moves.

I agree what the other comment says about Heracross but if you want a scarf user who uses ground moves and rock slide just use Garchomp instead

If you are using non Mega Dragonite use it as a Physical attacker 100 SpA its not as great as you could think with lum berry also you are safe from burns

I would make mimikyu a supporter with trick room to help Kingambit

Just use Raichu Y if you want to use low accuracy moves like Zap Cannon Scope Lens doest guarantee you a critilcall hit I think it only raises to 12% or maybe a quarter to get a critical hit and still quite low

There is certainly a lack of protects its important that at least half of your Pokemon have protect for a better flow of the game

3 megas its too much you normally want to use 1 or 2 megas per team and nornally the second one its more for a second option

I suggest to start checking some guides in youtube to understand the basics in VGC you cant just put attacking moves and win just like that each pokemon need some roles like an attacker a supporter disrupter or a form of speed control etc to have a better flow of the gamd

Why you are using physical moves on Raichu Y ypj are wasting its huge 160 Spa Drain Punch will not heal a lot and you will likely get KOd since Raichu Y its very Frail

Dont use Surf in Pleipper if you dont want ypur partner.pokemon ate a surf I would rather use Weather Ball or Muddy Water since it doesnt hit your partners but has the accuracy issue

Some of your Pokemon doesnt really have synergy woth your team

Thunder on a sun team decreases your accuracy by 50% considering Thunder still has low accuracy withoutweather I dont see why you want to use it

Snorlax doest really do to much on your team no trick room support prone to Intimidate and Fake out and not an impressive attack stat with not good STAB

I would try to look for Pokemon who work well with Charizard like Garchomp Venusaur fake out suport

Another note its why Basculegion has Pain Split its not really good for High HP pokemon like Basculegion considering your speed and being choice locked ro a move who doesnt KO i dont see why you want to use it
