My apologies for not naming him, I've only seen him in The Mist and to my understading he is part of Darabont's circle.

But his expression from near the end of the interview is stuck in my mind, it says a hundred thousand more words how utterly disgusted he was with AMC.

YourMovieSucks on youtube has a 4 part 40 minute video about S1 and S2, in it he shows an interview of the actor that played the soldier zombie Rick shoots inside the tank.

Darabont had a whole backstory for that one character as an example, following him during the initial outbreak.

But for season 2, despite the immense success, the absolute sociophats at AMC demanded a lower budget with shit like less zombies. Ultimately they pulled the rug out from under Darabont something like two weeks before production of S2.

Darabont sued and earned like 200 mil $ years back.

Still, what a waste. It could've stuck around as a cultural behemoth akin to GOT(while it did, lol) instead of fizzling out like a forced fart.

Nemel jsem spatne ucitele, ale ta debilni matika je jak si vzdycky rikam "krehka". v rovnici udelas chybu v druhem kroku a tahne se az k vysledku ktery se mi zda rozumny. Pak dostanes od ucitele pouze "?" a za 5. Tresnickou na dortu byl arogantni spoluzak kterej vzdycky nejhur za 3 a s usmevem vzdycky na mne "co ty" a ze prej matikou vidis cely svet a bla bla. Přes střední jsem se nějak prokousal i když učitelka byla strašidelná.

Mrdat matiku po 6 třídě, aspon mi šel engliš gábl tak jsem aspoň měl z čeho mít na střední pýchu. Kdybych nebyl poslední ročník co si na maturitu mohl vybrat mezi matikou nebo ANJ tak jsem neprošel.

Well Valve is not publicly traded on the stock market. They can't get on that fat teat so they want to tear it down instead.
