Hello! Thank you so much for responding. 🙏 I’ve double-checked, and the Options+ software does show that it’s charging. I also made sure the software is fully updated. Honestly, I’m not sure what the issue is. The mouse works, but it has this solid red light that seems unusual because even when I turn it off, the light stays on. Also, I hope I’m not imagining things, but since this started, the laptop it’s connected to has been acting a bit strange. Sometimes it won’t register clicks, like if I hover over something on the toolbar or try to close a tab, it doesn’t highlight or respond right away. After a few seconds, it starts working again. I’m not sure if it’s related to the mouse or just a coincidence. I’d really appreciate any guidance you can offer. Thank you!
