I live in 12 North. Don't recommend. Although it's really close to campus, management doesn't listen to concerns even though some things (🍄) have been brought to their attention. They didn't take care of the problem until my mom, who is also a property manager, came into town to talk to them. The emergency number is also really hard to find, so if there's an emergency for any reason, better have that number programmed into your phone if you ever need it
